Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide, just ask for a quote. For in US we generally ship USPS flat rate, but happy to ship other ways if preferred. For questions pleases write us at crystallinedimensionsshop@gmail.com for fastest reply or on one of our social media platforms.

-Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped on Wednesday or Thursday morning, unless otherwise noted. If you need rush shipping we often hit the post office two to three time a week, we will try our best to accommodate your shipping needs. Feel free to write and ask.

-Carriers

We use USPS flat rate and combine shipping, if you prefer other shipping carriers or need worldwide shipping quotes. We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS, UPS and FedEx.

- Order Tracking:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

- Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, or on a flat rate marked by USPS box size, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

-Back Orders
If desired when, an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment or we can hold the order till all items are ready.

Return, Refunds & Exchange Policy

We love you all, if there is ever a problem take pictures of the item and send pictures the same day delivered. We'll work with you on a case by case basis, this way we can ensure you are satisfied.

- How To Return An Item:
On case by case. Of course if you receive the wrong item or it is damaged in shipping we will work to make it right. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Please take pictures of the item and send pictures the same day delivered. Your must return the item within 15 days of your purchase and include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and one of the following: original receipt/note or invoice/order number. If we have talked on social media please include name used and name on shipping&billing address.

- Return Exceptions:
We are always happy to take picture, video, measures and weight of items, for this reason returns are case by case, as we hope to ensure your satisfaction with each item before purchase, so returns are not generally necessary .

- Restocking Fee:
Again on case by case if return is agreed upon. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

- Exchanges:
Again on case by case. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
